Located at the center of our resort, The Blue Bistro offers Brilliantly Crafted Cuisine to our guests and visitors of the Lakes Region. Chef Jam gives our guests a tantalizing dining experience in the Lakes Region.

Join us in our Blue Bistro for delicious dining and delightful views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Our breakfast* menu offers all of the classics you’ve come to know and love. Caribbean French Toast, Eggs Benedict, and fluffy Omelets, just to name a few. Dinner is where we truly shine with creative modern cuisine including Fresh Seafood, Certified Angus Steaks, and Fresh Vegetarian dishes.

The Blue Bistro offers a diverse wine list for all palates. Our chef is committed to using locally grown produce and the freshest ingredients possible. Be sure to save room for at least one of our show-stopping “Hope Made” desserts, made with love in the kitchen of our own Matriarch, Hope Makris. A children’s menu is also available at all mealtimes.
