DESCRIPTION:Meredith NH; You’re invited! Meredith on Canvas\, a Plein Air Event will begin Sunday\, May 7th with artists and their easels painting the scenic spaces in various locations around town. Plein Air painting is of or relates to painting in outdoor light. It is a branch of impressionism that attempts to represent outdoor light and air. Zachary Mafera is one of the painters who is participating. A graduate of Salve Regina in Newport\, RI. with a degree in studio art\, Zack will be one of at least 20 artists positioned around town for the public to see. The best viewing times are any time between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Use the Meredith Do The Loop Map to observe and enjoy these talented artists at work. DESCRIPTION:The first in a four-part workshop series\, this introduction to genealogy will walk you through developing a research plan\, documenting your findings\, validating information\, and considering software and database options for building your family tree. These workshops are led by Ginny Martin\, a retired librarian and software engineer with her Certificate of Genealogical Research from the Boston University Center for Professional Education.
