In 2021, Mermaid Hill Vineyard is changing its name to SHARA Vineyards! This name change represents a shift in our production in the cellar to natural wines. We have been using organic practices in the vineyard since 2018, but in 2020, we began producing natural wines in the cellar, furthering our commitment to producing a product that is good for people and the planet. Natural wines are those made using absolutely no additives. Natural wines are like medicine for the soul and allow the drinker to taste the earth and climate from which it was born without anything from off-farm added to the mix. We are celebrating this transition on June 12th from 2-6pm! Taste our newly released 2020 Sparquette and 2020 sparkling apple wines. Eat Indian Food from Mustard Seed Cafe. Enjoy live music with Bow Junction (2-4pm), out of Concord, and Alec Hutson out of Boston (4-6pm). Take a vineyard tour on the hour with winegrowers, Nicholas Kimberly and Ryan Williams at the top of every hour (2-5pm).
